Bridget’s focus is addressing the root cause of your issues with the end goal to restore your health. Using cutting edge lab testing and customizing the needed interventions, Bridget will focus on your specific needs as an individual. She uses diet, lifestyle changes, and/or natural supplements to restore balance in the body. She has found most illness begin in the gut.
Today most people choose a diet and lifestyle that suppresses their good gut microbes and increases the growth of bad gut microbes. This loss of gut bacteria balance eventually throws off the wellness balance of your whole body causing you to feel ill. A healthy gut contains healthy bacteria and immune cells that prevent overgrowth of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. A healthy gut communicates with the brain through nerves and hormones, which is important to maintain general health and well-being.
Bridget has been in healthcare for 36 years and the importance of healthy lifestyle, education and improving the quality of the lives of clients is her primary focus.
